Our Company provides monthly or annual subscriptions: Volume Ticker Diligence and the X-Watchlist (our “Services”) to provide users and subscribers with daily and weekly data to identify opportunities that support their trading strategy or investment thesis. By helping them access relevant information to their strategy or thesis, Volume Ticker performs these services with the subscribers and Website user’s best interests in mind.

When purchasing a subscription the Company will collect personal information, including that which is shared with Automattic (“Automattic”, “WooCommerce”, “Woocommerce.com” or our “Payment Provider”), such as the user’s name, email, mailing address, phone number, city/state/zip, a unique payment identifier and a payment provider identifier.

By visiting our Website, we will obtain information regarding the Users’ activity on the Website, such as log information, usage information, location information, and information from cookies as outlined in the following section. The Company will also collect personal information on how Users use the Services. This information is used to improve delivery of the Services and to perform market research or related activities.

Our Company is committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children under the age of 16 who visit our Website and access our Services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 and insist that these children do not access Volume Ticker or our Services.

Users outside of the United States should note that their information will be transferred to the United States, and by accessing Volume Ticker and our Services users consent to this transfer.
